Tell us about the job
Start with the property address, the rooms or areas involved, and what you want removed. Let us know your renovation target date, who is coordinating the work, and anything that may affect access, such as occupied areas, stairs, elevators, parking, or building rules. Photos and plans are helpful when available, but a clear first conversation is enough to begin.
Confirm the scope
We review what is coming out, what must stay protected, and the practical conditions around the work. This includes access routes, shutoffs or services that may need attention, dust protection, debris removal, disposal expectations, and any building or site requirements. The quote should make the included work and any assumptions clear, so you can compare the plan with your renovation needs before approving it.
Set the plan
Once the scope is approved, we coordinate timing with the people involved in the renovation. We confirm the work window, site access, preparation responsibilities, protection measures, and the order of work around other trades. Before demolition begins, you should know who will provide access, what needs to be cleared from the area, and how the site will be left for the next stage.
Hand off the space
At completion, we review the removal work and the agreed cleanup together. The goal is a site that matches the approved scope and is ready for the next trade, renovation phase, or inspection.
